Clients log into your branded portal, see your logo, and receive emails from your domain — they never know it's GoHighLevel underneath. You charge a monthly SaaS fee and GHL charges you a flat wholesale rate.
Yes. We create the Mailgun account, verify your sending domain, configure DKIM/SPF/DMARC DNS records, and connect it to GHL. For Twilio, we register the account, provision a number, and configure it in your GHL white-label settings. Both are tested before handoff.
Yes. We build niche snapshots for specific verticals — home services, real estate, healthcare, legal, gyms, etc. Each snapshot has industry-relevant pipeline stages, automation workflows, and message copy pre-configured.
Yes. GHL SaaS Mode supports Stripe integration for billing — clients pay your agency directly via Stripe, and GHL charges you the wholesale rate separately. We configure and test the Stripe billing setup.

Most agencies profit from their first 2–3 clients onboarded. Twilio and Mailgun costs are additional but very low (typically $5–$20/month per client).
A snapshot is a pre-built template of a GHL sub-account — including CRM setup, pipeline stages, automation workflows, and funnel pages — that you deploy to new client sub-accounts. Instead of building from scratch for each client, you load the snapshot and customise the 10% that's client-specific.
We can advise on pricing structures based on what we see working for other agencies — typically tiered plans by features or number of contacts. But the final pricing decision is yours based on your market positioning.
